Sparrowhawk Gifts and Convenience and Moose Family Kitchen.
We have two operations - a Gift & Convenience Store and a Deli located in
Kananaskis Village. We are hiring the following positions now.
Position: Retail Sales Associate
Full-Time
Number of Positions: 3
Wage: $15.00 per hour to start
Responsibility:
Cash register and facilitate sales to customers by engaging with customers,
answering their questions and processing sales.
Staff will be required to open/close store, restock items that are sold, and
process shipments.
For Moose Family Kitchen, some food preparation/cooking/coffee service/dish
washing is required.
Requirements:
If you are not a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada, then you
must possess a valid, open work permit (Visa) for Canada is a requirement.
Ability to speak English.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Email and using computerized cash register
with scanner and credit card processing) required.
Willing to live in rural area.
Benefits:
Shared staff accommodation available (double/triple occupancy) for $13.33
per day.
Staff discount on most of the items sold in the store.
Assist in preparing annual tax return (Free of charge).
Applicants who are in Canada is highly preferred, but those who are
currently living outside of Canada will also be considered.
